Talking Strategic Estates Partnerships 24 September 2015

Interserve Prime will be speaking at a series of seminars during September and October to talk about working with NHS Trusts in successful strategic estates partnerships.

The half day seminars in London, Leeds and Bristol, entitled ‘Establishing Strategic Estate Partnerships in the NHS’ are being hosted by advisors BDOand Bevan Brittan. Interserve Prime has been invited to speak to delegates at the seminars about its work with University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Interserve Prime directors Leighton Chumbley and Andrew Jowett will be speaking at the sessions, talking about how the flexibility of a strategic estate partnership (SEP) has enabled two very different Trusts to facilitate change in their estates, presenting the projects already being delivered by these SEPs and looking at the future plans for both hospitals. Partners from the Trusts will also be involved in the sessions to share their experiences of how a SEP works in practice.

Leighton Chumbley said: “More and more NHS Trusts are looking into strategic estates partnerships as a vehicle to transform their estates in line with their broader strategic aims. We look forward to sharing our experiences of SEPs with delegates, demonstrating the flexibility of a SEP and the opportunities open to Trusts with a commercial partner on board.”

Interserve Prime is attending the seminars as a member of the SEP Alliance, a forum representing private sector organisations in the strategic estates partnership market.
