His technical knowledge allows him to balance a client’s design aspirations with an understanding of functionality and buildability, enabling him to achieve practical and workable premises solutions. As lead for Prime’s Private Investment Construction (PIC) Framework, Will works closely with contractors, keeping them informed of project developments, as well as monitoring project performance to improve quality, generate cost savings and reduce delivery time.
More recently, Will has reached Financial Close on a €140m PPP deal in Ireland where his input was central to a Prime led consortium being selected to deliver 14 new primary care centres in locations across the country under a 25 year DBFM contract for the Health Service Executive.
As a designer I look at projects in a different light - helping clients visualise their design and bring their ideas to life.
Will has 30 years’ experience in design, property development and project management. As a qualified architectural technologist, he has a strong background in building design and construction where, prior to joining Prime in 2002, he worked in private practice for a number of leading healthcare design companies.
