Wendy leads the marketing and communications team, overseeing corporate marketing strategy and stakeholder engagement.

She brings a positive approach to scheme communications, creating opportunities to engage with communities and stakeholders. She ensures consultation is seen as positive part of the development process, giving communities a sense of ownership and offering clients the advice and support they need to support their own communication programmes. Wendy also plays a key role in business development, co-ordinating group business development activity.

Our projects often involve multiple stakeholders. By involving all partners from the outset and understanding their needs, we can create buildings that are not only well-loved but a valuable part of the communities they serve.
