As Group Financial Director, Vikki leads Prime’s in-house finance team to deliver statutory financial and management accounting for Prime and its group companies, as well as being responsible for managing tax, VAT, treasury and payroll.

Her expertise lies in creating efficient financial systems, enabling the Board to have accurate, up-to-the-minute financial information to aid decision making, whether this be securing funding or helping to deliver faster, more efficient financial closes. Vikki also plays a key role in the management of financial information for Prime’s joint venture partners, including bank compliance and reporting, ensuring funding solutions are robust and deliver best value for clients.

As my sphere of experience stretches beyond pure finance, I can bring a new perspective to financial processes.
