01905 362120

Simon is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the quality and compliance of Prime developments, ensuring each one meets or exceeds the necessary regulatory requirements and is built to the agreed design and specification.

Through regular site visits and comprehensive reporting, Simon provides reassurance to clients that their development is being constructed safely and to the highest standards. His role continues after practical completion, ensuring the client’s expectations match their finished building.

Simon works across the Prime portfolio, from multi-stakeholder projects such as the Birmingham Dental Hospital and School of Dentistry, to commercial projects being delivered through Prime’s Strategic Estates Partnerships.

As an experienced building inspector, I know what to look for when I’m out on site to ensure the construction phase runs smoothly and ultimately I can hand over a quality project I am proud of.
