From securing funding arrangements that are robust, to ensuring leases provide operational flexibility, his work is centred on delivering best value to the client. Richard’s approach to partnership working has also been instrumental in setting up Prime’s two LIFT companies, BaS LIFT and Prima 200 LIFT, where he continues to add value in a commercial and legal capacity.
