Working within a project environment, Phil advises on the best legal and commercial structures, ensuring the best value for money outcome for all stakeholders.

Previous Experience

Phil is a qualified chartered accountant with 20 years’ experience in the property sector. Having qualified in professional practice, Phil moved to specialise in property investment and development in 1996 and has since worked with listed and private companies and funds across Europe, leading the sourcing and investment of over £1billion of equity. More recently, Phil has worked within the primary care sector, structuring the development of new properties and refurbishment schemes.
