Leighton has personally delivered over 40 development projects for Prime and overseen £750m of health and social care developments. He is a Board Director for the University Hospital Southampton Commercial Estates Development Partnership, the Yeovil Estates Partnership and joint venture vehicle, Interserve Prime.
Having worked on different projects across the healthcare spectrum, I have a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare business, including its opportunities and challenges. This allows me to find the best solution for my clients, to meet both their clinical and commercial aims in the most affordable way.
Leighton started his career as a surveyor in general practice and has more than 18 years’ experience in health and social care development, specialising in providing strategic property development and funding advice.
