Kim is Partnership Manager for Yeovil Hospital, taking responsibility for the masterplan and partnership plan.

In this role, Kim provides a valuable link between strategic and project boards, ensuring SEP activity is co-ordinated with other capital works projects and remains relevant to the Trust’s evolving business and clinical needs.

Kim also delivers commercial support to Prime and Interserve Prime clients, producing business cases and strategic plans to help them maximise commercial opportunities. In addition she helps to secure new clients for Prime and is very often involved in business development activities, particularly during the bidding process.

I work directly with Trust teams to co-ordinate strategic estates partnership projects to ensure activity links across all other workstreams to deliver change and transformation at pace for the Trust.

Previous Experience

Kim has more than 18 years’ experience in strategic communications, with eight years’ of expertise within the healthcare sector. During her time with Prime, Kim has become an integral part of the Interserve Prime team that set up the Yeovil Estates Partnership, supporting local teams wherever possible and producing the business case for the Trust’s multi-storey car park. Kim has also worked on the UHS SEP, researching commercial income opportunities for the Trust, as well as providing project support. Kim was a key member of the team that provided strategic communications advice on the landmark Birmingham Dental Hospital project.
