Able to manage small works projects from start to finish, Ian is accomplished at ensuring works are completed on time, and to the high standards demanded by Prime and its clients.
Ian has a wealth of facilities management experience across a broad range of healthcare projects, from primary care developments to those delivered through Prime’s Strategic Estates Partnerships. Ian is responsible for the day to day management of the two LIFT portfolios, BaS and Prima, as well as the new Birmingham Dental Hospital and School of Dentistry.
Ian has more than 25 years’ experience in the building services sector, and has built up an extensive knowledge of facilities management in healthcare and many other sectors. Ian worked with Prime as a contractor for more than 10 years before joining the company in 2016.
