Guy was part of the Prime team that delivered the new £50m Birmingham Dental Hospital and School of Dentistry and more recently has led on the masterplanning for an off-site development for University Hospital Southampton which will include clinical facilities and a park and ride. He is also currently working on care home developments including acquiring new sites.
My background in town planning allows me use the planning system to add value to projects, helping to identify sites for redevelopment, problem solving and managing risks to ensure the best and most effective use of land and buildings for our clients.
Guy is a qualified Chartered Town Planner with 6 years’ experience in the property industry, working predominately as a consultant advising on the planning potential for new development and redevelopment opportunities.
