Prior to joining Prime, Bob worked within the pharmacy and care home sectors, and so also brings specialist expertise in these areas to the table.
Bob is currently working on care home developments including acquiring new sites.
My broad experience of the healthcare sector and property development allows me to unlock challenging sites and schemes, making sure they exceed the clients’ expectations and benefit the community through both local regeneration and the improved provision of healthcare services.
Bob has a strong property background, with 30 years’ experience in asset management and property development. This includes working for a major pharmacy retailer, managing and developing in excess of 2,000 operational properties.
