With a keen eye for detail and excellent project management skills, Alex is adept at navigating the complex process of finding suitable land opportunities and following it through to a successful planning application.

Alex is very design led, both in terms of the aesthetics of a development and its sustainability, helping to meet and exceed a client’s expectations of what a scheme will deliver.

Alex is currently working with the University of Southampton NHS Foundation Trust on access and parking schemes and with Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust on its Symphony GP scheme, as well as on care home developments, including acquiring sites.

I am very sustainability-led and it’s definitely one of the parts of my job I enjoy the most. I am always looking for ways to improve a development to make it more sustainable, not only to improve its BREEAM rating, but also to provide clients with greener buildings, which are more economical to run.
